HRS installed a whole new system for us. As always, they are very professional, courteous, and awesome to work with. Once the job was completed and cleaned everything up & help set up the thermostat Wi-Fi. I was recently assigned HRS by my home warranty company, to install a new heating system. Nick, Dalton and Chad did a phenomenal job. They walked me through each step of the process. On the installation day, they were on time, extremely professional, kind and informative. They provided a sense of comfort and gave some helpful tips with maintenance as well. At the end they were wrapping things up and I had to jump back on a conference call with my job. They wished me happy holidays and even closed my garage door for me. Jeremiah & HRS are customer focused. When my furnace went out they went out of their way to assist me and deal with the home warranty company as well. They make sure to explain everything and are always a friendly and timely team. I had such a great experience with them that they also put in a new hot water heater. Knowing I have HRS for all my HVAC and Hot Water Heater needs is great!

Jeremiah and team were amazing doing our replacement duct work. They were very thorough and worked to complete the job as quickly as the job would allow. They also went out of their way to make sure there wasn’t any more mold in the lines. They did a really great job. Highly recommend.

Jeremiah was fantastic, he was kind, informative and made sure we understood any warranties that were on our furnace. He was honest and affordable, unlike another vendor that we had come out. Would use him again and refer him to anyone that needs HVAC work done. We are very grateful!

Waste of time and money. We called them out for a heater in our garage that has worked for years. It stopped working the tech said it was a part with the ignition system they needed to order. (this made since) Then later, We got a call back later by someone else and said the gas line from our house to the garage was not damaged but to small and needed a plumber to replaced all of it. (So how does it work just fine for years?) The tech tried to also tell me the tech that was at my house never told me that that it was the ignition system.

My wife and I are recent first-time homeowners, and we bought a house with a ~30-year-old AC and a 15-year-old furnace, so we knew it was only a matter of time before we had to replace them. From start to finish, our experience with HRS was incredibly reassuring. At every step, I felt like they were being honest, straightforward, and truly looking out for our best interests. Jeremiah and April were great to work with—they made scheduling easy, thoroughly assessed our situation, and took the time to clearly explain all of our options without any pressure. Dalton, Nick, and Chad handled the installation, and they were outstanding. They did a great job removing the old system, bringing everything up to code, installing and testing the new equipment, and keeping everything clean throughout the process. On top of that, they were personable, easy to talk to, and made sure I fully understood the system before they left. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend HRS to anyone.

We had to get a new AC unit and went through our home warranty. We were assigned HRS to do the work. They were very helpful and communicated well. We decided to upgrade our furnace at the same time. They explained all of our options and made it all very easy to understand. The day of the install it quit working after an hour. They called back the same night and came the next day to fix it.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was thoughtful and answered all my questions. Installation went really well. I’m very satisfied with my product, which was a new HVAC ! Very fair prices too.
