HRS Holiday Giveaway: Official Rules

This promotion (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by HRS Heating and Cooling, 8719 S 500 W, Trafalgar, IN 46181, telephone 317-535-0322, website callhrs.com ("Sponsor").

Open only to legal residents of Indiana aged 18 or older at the time of entry whose primary residence has a mailing address in one of the following cities or towns: Trafalgar, Carmel, Indianapolis, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Brownsburg, Avon, Plainfield, Greenwood, Franklin, Greenfield, McCordsville, Whiteland, New Whiteland, Bargersville, Beech Grove, Clermont, Fortville, Homecroft, Lawrence, Martinsville, Mooresville, Columbus, New Palestine, Southport or Speedway.

Employees, owners, officers and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members, are not eligible. Sponsor may verify eligibility before awarding a prize.

The Giveaway begins November 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends December 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeper.

Enter free in any one of three ways during the Entry Period: (a) complete the entry form at callhrs.com/giveaway; (b) text the word ENTER, your full name and the city on your mailing address to 317-535-0322; or (c) comment on the designated official giveaway post on the HRS Heating and Cooling Facebook page with the hashtag #Callhrs and the city on your mailing address, or comment on that post with a photo of an HRS yard sign placed in your yard along with your city. Liking the post is welcome but not required. Only comments on the original post count; comments on shared copies do not. Text entries may be sent any time during the Entry Period; Sponsor will reply to confirm each text entry within one business day. Standard message rates may apply to text entries; online and Facebook entry are always free. All methods enter the same drawing with identical odds.

Limit one (1) entry per person total, regardless of method; additional entries by the same person will be removed. No share, friend tag, Page follow or post on a personal profile is required. Entries made with false information, multiple identities or automated means will be disqualified. Texting or commenting to enter does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Entrants may request a free HRS yard sign, while supplies last. Requesting, displaying, photographing or returning a sign, and any social media post or tag, is optional and does not give any extra entry or affect eligibility, winner selection or prize delivery. Sign recipients are responsible for HOA, lease and local sign rules.

Four (4) prizes will be awarded to four different winners. Total estimated approximate retail value (ARV): $1,173.

Grand Prize: One flat-screen television with a screen size of at least 50 inches, selected by Sponsor. Estimated ARV $500. Delivery or pickup at Sponsor’s Trafalgar office; installation and wall mounting not included. Sponsor will post the exact model and ARV on this page before the Entry Period ends.

Second Prize: One whole-house UV light, installed by Sponsor on the winner’s existing, compatible forced-air HVAC system at the winner’s eligible residence. Includes equipment and standard installation labor. ARV $399.

Third Prize: One-year HRS annual service plan covering one heating tune-up and one cooling tune-up, plus priority scheduling as part of the plan. ARV $179.

Fourth Prize: One furnace tune-up on one furnace at the winner’s eligible residence. ARV $95.

If a winner’s system is not compatible with the UV light, or the winner has no furnace, Sponsor will award a substitute HRS service or gift card of equal value. Repairs or additional work found during a prize visit are not included; the winner is never required to buy anything to receive a prize. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

Prize-use deadlines: the whole-house UV light installation, the annual service plan tune-ups and the furnace tune-up must be scheduled within 90 calendar days and completed within 180 calendar days of the drawing, at Sponsor’s normal business availability. The television prize must be picked up or delivered within 60 calendar days of the drawing. A service or television prize not claimed or scheduled within its deadline may be forfeited and redrawn from the remaining eligible entries.

Within a few days after the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will randomly select four winners from all eligible entries. The drawing will not be broadcast live; Sponsor will post the results, winners by first name, last initial and city, on the HRS Heating and Cooling Facebook page. Prizes are awarded in order: Grand Prize first, then Second, Third and Fourth. A person may win only one prize. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Within 2 business days after the drawing, Sponsor will notify potential winners: online and text entrants by text message to the mobile number on the entry, and by email if provided; Facebook entrants by a private message from the HRS Heating and Cooling Facebook page and a reply to their entry comment. A potential winner has 7 calendar days from the first notice to contact Sponsor and provide their full name, age, mailing address and phone number to confirm eligibility. If a potential winner is ineligible, declines, or does not respond within that 7-day window, the unclaimed prize will be redrawn from the remaining eligible entries and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor will never ask a winner to pay to claim a prize.

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Sponsor will comply with applicable tax reporting rules.

By entering, each entrant agrees that, if selected as a winner, Sponsor may announce their first name, last initial and city on the HRS Heating and Cooling Facebook page, including in the posted drawing results, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor will not publicly share winners’ full last names, contact information or addresses.

Entry information is used to run the Giveaway, deliver optional yard signs and contact winners, as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at callhrs.com/privacy-policy. Marketing messages are sent only to entrants who separately opt in.

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may modify, suspend or end it and award prizes from eligible entries received before that time. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from liability arising from participation or from accepting or using a prize. These rules are governed by Indiana law.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. By entering, including by commenting on Facebook, entrants release Facebook and Meta from any responsibility connected with this Giveaway. Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not Facebook. Facebook entries are also subject to Facebook’s terms of service.
